Cancellation Policy
The Signal Event Center – Venue Rental Agreement Venue Use & Capacity The Signal Event Center is available for private events with a maximum occupancy of 100 guests. All rentals are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability and approval by The Signal. The Signal reserves the right to refuse rental to any individual or group that may pose a safety, liability, or property risk. Payment & Booking Full payment is required to secure your event date. Dates are not considered reserved until payment has been received. Cancellation & Rescheduling All payments are non-refundable. If cancellation or rescheduling is required, payments may be transferred to a future available date provided notice is given at least 7 days prior to the scheduled event. Requests made within 7 days of the event may result in forfeiture of payment. Setup & Teardown Time Renters are provided 30 minutes before the event for setup and 30 minutes after the event for teardown. This time is included in the rental unless otherwise stated. Standard Venue Setup The standard setup includes five (5) round tables with eight (8) chairs per table and bar seating, accommodating approximately 50 guests. Additional tables and chairs are available but must be arranged and returned to standard setup by the renter unless otherwise noted in the rental agreement. Decorations Decorations are permitted provided they cause no damage to the venue. No nails, tacks, pins, or adhesives that may damage walls or surfaces are allowed. All décor must be installed and removed by the renter. Outside Vendors & Rentals The Signal is not responsible for equipment or services provided by outside vendors. All rented equipment must be delivered and removed the same day unless prior arrangements are approved. Unauthorized items left on-site may result in a $100 fee. Food & Beverage / Caterers Caterers may be selected at the renter’s discretion. Any venue items used must be cleaned and returned to their original condition following the event. Cleaning Responsibilities Renters are responsible for disposing of trash, wiping down surfaces, and leaving the space in reasonable condition. Additional cleaning fees may apply if requirements are not met. Smoking, Pets & Confetti Smoking is prohibited inside the venue. Pets are not permitted, except service animals. Confetti must be fully cleaned prior to departure. Fees may apply if additional cleaning is required. Damages & Liability The renter
