Located in the heart of historic downtown Chaffee, Missouri, The Signal Event Center is a beautifully restored venue designed to bring people together.
Originally home to The Signal newspaper, the building has been thoughtfully transformed into a warm, welcoming space while preserving the character and charm that make it unique.
With approximately 2,000 square feet of flexible event space, exposed brick walls, soaring open-beam ceilings, a fully equipped kitchen, and included tables and chairs, The Signal is the perfect setting for birthdays, baby showers, bridal showers, graduation parties, business meetings, family gatherings, weddings, and more.
Today, we're focused exclusively on venue rentals, giving you the freedom to decorate, personalize, and celebrate your event exactly the way you envision it.

Hi! We're Jake and Stevie Williams, proud owners of The Signal Event Center.
As a family-owned business, we believe life's biggest moments deserve a beautiful space where memories can be made. Whether you're celebrating a birthday, bridal shower, graduation, wedding, or another special occasion, we're honored to be part of your story.
Right now, our family is taking a once-in-a-lifetime journey, traveling throughout Southeast Asia with our three young children while exploring new cultures and creating unforgettable memories together.
While we're away, our amazing friend Montana is managing The Signal here at home, making sure every event runs smoothly and every guest is well taken care of. We couldn't do this adventure without her, and we're so grateful for the care she gives both our venue and our customers.
