CAPACITY
Our standard venue setup comfortably seats 48 guests and is ready when you arrive.
Need more space? Additional tables and chairs are available, allowing the venue to accommodate up to 100 seated guests (maximum occupancy: 130 guests).
SETUP & CLEANUP
The venue will be set up in its standard layout when you arrive.
You're welcome to rearrange the tables and chairs to fit your event. We simply ask that everything be returned to the standard layout before your rental ends.

COMPLIMENTARY SETUP & CLEANUP TIME
Every rental includes 30 minutes before your reserved rental time for setup and decorating, and 30 minutes after your event for cleanup.
ENTRY
You'll receive a unique 4-digit access code before your event.
Your code will activate at the beginning of your complimentary setup time and expire after your cleanup period ends.

SMOKING
The Signal Event Center is a smoke-free facility.
Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the building.
A $250 cleaning fee will be charged for violations.
DECORATING
You're welcome to decorate the venue to make it your own!
To help preserve our historic building, please do not use nails, screws, staples, or anything that may damage the walls, brick, doors, or woodwork. Command hooks and painter's tape are permitted, provided they are removed at the end of your rental without causing damage.
Confetti, glitter, and similar materials are not permitted. A $100 cleaning fee will be charged if these items are used.
EARLY ACCESS & CLEANUP TIME
Every rental includes 30 minutes before your reserved rental time for setup and decorating, and 30 minutes after your event for cleanup.
FOOD & BEVERAGES
Outside food and beverages are welcome.
You're welcome to bring your own food, hire the caterer of your choice, or prepare food in our fully equipped kitchen.
Alcohol is permitted for private events.
If alcohol is sold, the bartender must hold any required licenses, and the renter is responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations.
BOOKING & PAYMENT
A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date.
The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your event.
Your reservation is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
BEFORE YOU LEAVE
To help us prepare the venue for our next guests, please complete the following before leaving:

Return all tables and chairs to the standard layout.

Remove all decorations, tape, command hooks, and personal belongings.

Wash, dry, and return any dishes, serving utensils, or kitchen items you used to their proper locations.

If you use our drink dispensers or other serving equipment, please clean them and return them to their designated storage areas.

Place all trash in the designated trash containers and replace full trash bags with the extras provided.

Wipe down tables, countertops, and any surfaces used during your event.

Check that all personal belongings have been removed from the venue.

Turn off all lights and lock the building when you leave.
